Zero Gravity Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with information on our use of your personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information in connection with the Company’s website(s), including www.0g.ai and any associated subdomains operated by the Company, the 0G decentralized AI operating system (including 0G Chain, 0G Storage, 0G Compute, and 0G Data Availability), APIs, smart contracts, ecosystem programs (including the Apollo Accelerator and Ecosystem Growth Program), developer documentation, and all related tools, features, and functionalities (collectively, the "Services"), as well as your choices and rights regarding such information.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
Before accessing or using the Services, please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where we rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal information, we will obtain such consent separately and in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access our site or use the Services.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with the Services and the requirements of applicable law. We collect information that you provide to us, information we collect automatically, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
(a) Wallet Information. To access certain features of the Services, you may connect a compatible third-party non-custodial digital wallet ("Digital Wallet"). When you do so, we may collect your blockchain wallet address and associated public key. We do not collect, have access to, or otherwise store your private keys or seed phrases. Your Digital Wallet address serves as your primary identity on the Services.
(b) Transaction Information. When you conduct transactions or otherwise transferring tokens through the Services, we may collect information related to those transactions, such as wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps, gas fees, and smart contract interaction data.
(c) Grant and Ecosystem Program Information. When you apply for grants or accelerator programs through the Company’s ecosystem programs (including the Apollo Accelerator and Ecosystem Growth Program), or engage in developer community activities, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, professional background, project descriptions, team information, entity details, and related documentation.
(d) Communications. If you contact us for support, submit feedback, participate in community forums, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, and the content of your communications.
(e) Social Media Information. If you interact with our social media accounts or link social media profiles to the Services, we may collect information from those interactions, including your username, profile information, and any content you share with us or make available through your privacy settings.
(f) Event and Marketing Information. If you register for events, subscribe to marketing materials including newsletters, or participate in promotions, we may collect your name, email address, and other information you provide in connection with those activities.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
(a) Device Information. Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, language preferences, or unique device identifiers.
(b) Usage Information. Information about how you interact with the Services, including website pages visited, features used, actions taken (such as searches, clicks, and token interactions), time and duration of visits, and referring/exit pages.
(c) Cookies and Similar Technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide content on the Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies to automatically collect information about your use of the Services. See Section 5 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) for more detail.
(d) Log Data. The Services may use server logs that automatically record information when you access the Services, including your IP address, access times, pages viewed, error logs, and system activity.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
(a) Blockchain Data. We collect information that is publicly available on applicable blockchain networks, including wallet addresses, transaction histories, token balances, token ownership records, staking and delegation data, and smart contract interactions. This information is inherently public due to the nature of blockchain technology.
(b) Wallet Screening Providers. We may receive information about your wallet address from third-party compliance and screening service providers, including sanctions screening results, risk scores, and associated flags.
(c) Analytics and Service Providers. We may receive information about you from third-party analytics providers, identity verification services, and other service providers that assist us in operating the Services.
(d) Third-Party Wallet Providers. If you connect a third-party Digital Wallet to the Services, we may receive information made available by the wallet provider in accordance with its own privacy policy. Your use of any third-party wallet is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy.
(e) Third-Party Authentication Providers. If you access the Services through a third-party authentication provider (e.g., signing in via Google or another identity provider), we may receive basic profile or account information from that provider in accordance with your authorization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide the Services, for administrative purposes, and to communicate with our community, as described below.
2.1 Provide the Services
We use your information to fulfill our contract with you and provide you with the Services, such as:
(a) Providing access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of the Services, including the 0G ecosystem portal, governance tools, and grant application processes.
(b) Managing your information and accounts, including to connect a Digital Wallet and authenticate your credentials.
(c) Processing and evaluating grant applications, ecosystem program participation, and community initiatives.
(d) Facilitating token-related operations, including claims, distributions, staking, and delegation, where applicable.
(e) Answering requests for support or technical assistance.
(f) Communicating with you about your activities on the Services and policy changes.
(g) Allowing you to register for events and participate in our programs.
2.2 Administrative Purposes
We use your information for our legitimate interests, or to comply with our legal obligations, such as:
(a) Conducting wallet screening and sanctions compliance checks to prevent prohibited persons and sanctioned jurisdictions from accessing the Services.
(b) Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
(c) Measuring interest and engagement in the Services and ecosystem programs.
(d) Improving, upgrading, or enhancing the Services and underlying infrastructure.
(e) Conducting research and development to advance decentralized AI technology.
(f) Ensuring internal quality control and safety.
(g) Authenticating and verifying individual identities, including requests to exercise your rights under this Privacy Policy.
(h) Debugging to identify and repair errors with the Services.
(i) Auditing relating to interactions, transactions, and other compliance activities.
(j) Enforcing our agreements and policies.
(k) Complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests.
2.3 Marketing and Communications
We may use personal information to provide you with ecosystem updates, notifications, event invitations, and other communications. We may provide you with these materials as permitted by applicable law. If you have any questions about our communications practices, or if you would like to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes, you may contact us at any time at privacy@0g.ai.
2.4 AI and Decentralized Infrastructure
The Company does not use personal information collected through the Services to train, test, or improve AI models without your explicit consent. Where the Services incorporate AI-powered features, we implement privacy-preserving measures to minimize data exposure. If you opt in to any AI-related programs, the specific data practices will be disclosed at the point of participation.
2.5 Other Purposes
(a) Consent. We may use personal information for other purposes that are clearly disclosed to you at the time you provide personal information or with your consent.
(b) De-identified and Aggregated Information. We may use personal information to create de-identified and/or aggregated information, such as de-identified demographic information, information about the device from which you access the Services, or other analyses we create.
3. How We Share Your Information
We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide the Services, for administrative purposes, and to communicate with our community, as described below.
3.1 Service Providers
We share personal information with third-party service providers that assist us in operating the Services, including providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, Digital Wallet screening and compliance, customer support, email communications, and security services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
3.2 Blockchain Networks
When you conduct transactions through the Services, your wallet address, transaction data, and associated on-chain metadata are recorded on the applicable blockchain network. This information is inherently public, immutable, and outside of our control. See Section 4 for more detail.
3.3 Compliance and Legal Obligations
We may disclose your personal information to governmental authorities, regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; (ii) enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public; or (iv) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
3.4 Wallet Screening and Compliance Partners
We may share your wallet address and related information with third-party compliance providers for purposes of sanctions screening, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
3.5 Ecosystem Partners
With your consent or where necessary for the operation of specific ecosystem programs, we may share limited information with ecosystem partners, including grant recipients, protocol developers, node operators, and community program administrators.
3.6 Affiliated Entities
We may share your personal information with our parent entities, subsidiaries (including our British Virgin Islands subsidiary), and other affiliated companies under common ownership or control, and any successors, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, this Policy does not govern the data practices of the 0G Foundation or any other third-party organizations that may participate in the 0G ecosystem. Such entities maintain their own privacy policies and are solely responsible for their own data processing activities.
3.7 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, or similar corporate transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of such transaction, subject to applicable data protection law. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any choices you may have regarding your information.
3.8 With Your Consent
We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide the Services, for administrative purposes, and to communicate with our community, as described below.
4. Blockchain Data and Public Information
The 0G ecosystem operates on blockchain networks, including 0G Chain. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Blockchain transactions are inherently public. When you stake, delegate, bridge, transfer tokens, or interact with smart contracts on 0G Chain, your Digital Wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the applicable public blockchain and are visible to anyone. The Company does not control the public nature of blockchain data and cannot delete, modify, or restrict access to on-chain information.
(b) On-chain data associated with governance participation, including votes and proposals, is publicly visible on the blockchain.
(c) Even after you cease using the Services, on-chain data associated with your wallet address, including transaction history, staking records, and governance activity, will remain on the blockchain permanently.
(d) Third parties, including blockchain analytics providers and other platforms, may independently collect, aggregate, and analyze publicly available blockchain data associated with your Digital Wallet address.
(e) Interactions with decentralized protocol components (including 0G Storage, 0G Compute, and 0G Data Availability) may result in on-chain data that persists indefinitely and is outside the Company's control.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
5.1 Technologies We Use
We use the following technologies to collect information and improve the Services:
(a) Cookies. Small text files placed on your device that store preferences, enable platform functionality, and help us understand how users interact with the Services. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted or expired).
(b) Pixel Tags / Beacons. Small pieces of code embedded in the Services or in emails that help us track engagement, confirm whether a page or email has been accessed, and measure the effectiveness of communications.
(c) Local Storage. Technologies such as HTML5 local storage that provide functionality similar to cookies and may store larger amounts of data on your device.
(d) Analytics Tools. We use third-party analytics services to collect and analyze usage information. These services may use their own cookies and similar technologies to collect and process data about your use of the Services.
5.2 Categories of Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
(a) Strictly Necessary Cookies. Required for the Services to function properly, including authentication, security, and wallet connection. These cookies cannot be disabled.
(b) Performance / Analytics Cookies. Help us understand how users interact with the Services by collecting information about pages visited, features used, and errors encountered. This data is used to improve Services performance and user experience.
(c) Functional Cookies. Enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your display preferences and language settings.
We do not use advertising or behavioral targeting cookies.
5.3 Your Cookie Choices
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking or deleting certain cookies may impair your ability to use the Services. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs must be applied separately in each browser and on each device you use.
5.4 Do Not Track
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers. We will reassess this practice as industry standards develop.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
6.1 General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to:
(a) access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
(b) correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
(c) request deletion of your personal information;
(d) restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information;
(e) request portability of your personal information;
(f) withdraw your consent to processing, where processing is based on consent; and
(g) be informed of the purposes for which your personal data is collected and processed, the classes of third parties to whom your data may be disclosed, and how to contact us with inquiries or complaints.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@0g.ai. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law and may require you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If your personal information is subject to the data protection laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Please note that certain personal information may be exempt from these rights under applicable law, and the Company cannot modify or delete information recorded on a public blockchain.
6.2 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email you receive. Even if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications related to your use of the Services, such as transaction confirmations, security alerts, governance notifications, and administrative notices.
6.3 Wallet Disconnection
You may disconnect your Digital Wallet from the Services at any time. Disconnecting your wallet will terminate your active session but will not delete any on-chain data or information that has already been collected and retained in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. International Data Transfers
Zero Gravity Labs, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware and operates globally. Personal information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including, but not limited to, the United States or other jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live.
Where personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of protection under applicable data protection laws, we implement appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (June 2021 version), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, and other appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law.

8. Retention of Personal Information
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and pursue our legitimate business interests.
When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process the information; whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; and applicable legal requirements.
When personal information is no longer necessary for any of these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if deletion or anonymization is not possible (for example, because the information is stored on a blockchain), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
9. Security of Your Information
We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include access controls, encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and incident response procedures.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information, and you use the Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Digital Wallet, including your private keys and seed phrases.
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
10. Minor’s Information
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or such higher age as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Services without your consent, please contact us at privacy@0g.ai. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
11. Supplemental Notice for EU/UK Residents (GDPR)
This section applies only to individuals located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland whose personal information is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("EU GDPR") or the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR").
11.1 Data Controller
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Zero Gravity Labs, Inc. is the data controller responsible for your personal information processed under this Privacy Policy.
11.2 Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
(a) Performance of a Contract. Where processing is necessary to perform our Terms of Service or to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement, for example, to provide access to the Services, facilitate transactions, process wallet connections, and grant applications.
(b) Legitimate Interests. Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights and freedoms, for example, to improve the Services, conduct analytics, ensure security, prevent fraud, advance decentralized AI research, and enforce our policies.
(c) Compliance with Legal Obligations. Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, for example, to conduct sanctions screening, respond to legal processes, or fulfill regulatory reporting requirements.
(d) Consent. Where you have given your explicit consent to the processing, for example, to receive marketing communications or to participate in AI-related programs involving data processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
11.3 Your Rights Under GDPR
In addition to the rights described in Section 6, if you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
(a) lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU member state or UK country where you reside or where you believe a violation has occurred;
(b) request information about the appropriate safeguards used for international data transfers; and
(c) object to processing based on legitimate interests, in which case we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
12. Supplemental Notice for U.S. State Privacy Laws
This section applies to residents of U.S. states that have enacted consumer privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with applicable privacy legislation. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (wallet addresses, IP addresses, email addresses); internet or electronic network activity information (browsing and usage data); and geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address). We collect this information from the sources described in Section 1 and use it for the purposes described in Section 2.
The Company does not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. You may exercise your rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out, by contacting us at privacy@0g.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this section shall prevent you from exercising your rights to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, where applicable.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and post the revised version on the Services. We may, but are not required to, provide additional notice of material changes through the Services or other communication channels. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the posting of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
